As an artist, photography allows me to represent the intangible, missed, or unseen moments in our existence. The images on this website are organized into six collections displaying two different facets of my passion for the medium. In Plain Sight and Next Please are images of people found in extraordinary and unique circumstances captured in photo-journalist style. Passages, Imagine, Tree Sculptures, and Vistas represent my fine art photographs where I play with the image using various photo and processing techniques revealing fresh perspectives of our natural and objective world. My Color Burn collection shows digitized platinum/palladium images where a color burn technique is employed, resulting in very unique and original compositions. Please enjoy!

PLAIN SIGHT
Over the past 21 years, I have had the privilege of serving with Medical Ministry International, an organization that provides eye care and surgery to underserved people in Third World countries.
NEXT PLEASE
This project, “Next Please” , is a departure for me into the arena of photo documentary. These images are of “Old Style” barbershops and the wonderful era of American culture that they represent.
VISTAS
In Spanish, the word avistar or vista, means to “catch sight of”.These images are usually labeled “landscapes”, but I see so much more in the wide view that we encounter every day!
COLOR BURN
My Color Burn collection shows digitized platinum/palladium images where a color burn technique is employed, resulting in very unique and original compositions.
TREE SCULPTURE
I have always enjoyed creating images from the denuded branches of trees, Their beauty when fully blossomed can be appreciated, as well as its empty branches in winter that heightens our imaginations!
IMAGINE
What we often see and accept as true, can actually be beyond our perception of reality.
PASSAGES
Life’s experiences can bring all of us excitement, anguish, memories of both pleasurable or sad moments, closures and openings. This (collection) represents images that touch on many of these significant memories.
